Sometimes my tea becomes my paint brush water, and other times my paint brush water becomes my tea.
Julia Hariri
Artist and designer Julia Hariri loves playing with colours and textures, a fascination that's reflected in her art. While her line drawings focus on facial features, her watercolour motifs display celestial objects in all their depth and detail. For the latter pieces, Julia tests out colours and techniques on scrap paper until she achieves the desired effect. This lust for experimentation stems principally from Julia's natural creative flair—as well as from her experience studying fashion in Dusseldorf and interning at a London design studio.
