About the artist
Pictures don't have to be beautiful, they have to be real.
Picture On The Fridge
Austrian photographers Fabi Rettenbacher and Phil Rirsch aka Picture on the Fridge like to take pictures that people want to treasure, and maybe even hang on their fridge. With this in mind, they travelled between Vienna and Salzburg capturing the people, objects, animals, food and landscapes that they encountered along the way. The duo has a penchant for analogue photography, black and white film, and producing videos in which they interview musicians.
