About the artist

treechild

Grow up and stay childlike.

treechild

Treechild—whose actual name is Nina—works as a freelance artist and lives with her family in Switzerland. Hailing from Berlin, her creativity was fostered from a young age, when her father took her to art openings and exhibitions. An autodidact, Nina taught herself drawing and photography before her illustrations were discovered. She then started working for clients such as Tchibo and Mercedes. Whether created with a tablet, camera, paintbrush or watercolours, Nina’s bright work often takes on a different perspective and reflects her curious nature.
