Through meticulous line work and shading, Stavros Damos’ pencils explore the contours of the masculine face, portraying figures both anonymous and well-known with chiseled features, luscious hair and the most expressive of eyes. The freelance illustrator originally studied graphic design in his hometown of Thessaloniki, and since draws and paints for advertising agencies, publishing houses and magazines in Greece and abroad. Stavros says his love for the arts gives him strength and fuels his optimism for the future.
