About the artist

Sandra De Leon

I'm an old-school art and illustration activist captive in the tropics of her imagination, using a mix of techniques.

Sandra De Leon

Sandra de Leon has a thirst for knowledge. The Guatemalan has studied and studied, first Graphic Design in her homeland and then Strategic Communications and Typography in Barcelona, alongside classical drawing and painting techniques. She loves to tie these influences together in her work to exploit their synergies. For example, her latest series, which is entitled “Loteria”, uses both pencil drawing and watercolour, but inspired by textile design. She currently lives and works in Switzerland.
