About the artist
Yay Yay Yetiland!
Yetiland
Sjoerd Piepenbrink still recalls the beautiful graphic drawings in the illustrated stories that his mother used to read to him as a child. Back then his artistic expertise lay in cutting up paper rather than drawing on it. Years later the artist from the Netherlands developed his distinctive style at art school and went on to launch Yetiland, a platform for his cheerful graphic illustrations that hark back to the picture books of his childhood.
