Daniela Spoto

Daniela Spoto likes to tell stories through her illustrations. The Italian artist studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Sassari, Sardinia, before moving to Berlin. She now divides her time between Italy and Germany and has exhibited her work throughout both countries. Her colourful artworks are inspired by literature, nightmares, Manga comics and her experiences as an Italian living in Berlin. In her Deutsche Vita series, Daniela humorously charts the highs and lows of life in the German capital.
