Illustrator Andy Westface comes from Hong Kong, where he loves to spend his days getting lost in a parallel universe of digital art. Ordered door mats from Juniqe. When they didn't arrive I contacted their customer service. I was a bit worried about how that would go, but I have to say, they were really great - got back to me immediately, polite, friendly and really helpful. They chased the delivery and when they weren't happy with the reply from the courier - resent the order, which I received really quickly. The mats are lovely and I'm pleased overall.
