Canada is the home of Michael Mateyko, aka Komboh, who learnt his craft at the Alberta College of Art and Design. His work can be seen regularly in pop culture galleries all over the world. His aim is to make the viewer laugh, question things and make them think. His definition of creativity has many facets: Komboh sees it as a constant, but also a process, a moving gymnast, a craft, but also sleepless nights. He is a multi-talented jack-of-all-trades who designs both brand identities and publications. His client list therefore reads like an extremely colourful and impressive smorgasbord of big names such as The New Yorker, Fast Company, LEGO, AirBnB and Fangamer.
