"My art stands for the dedication to drawing and graphic design and is a tribute to nostalgia in connection with Pop Art."
PaperLine Art combines the traditional form of paper cutting with a modern language of form and colour. Inspired by the loving works of my grandmother, who once cut filigree silhouettes with scissors, I now use pen and line to tell stories that hover between nostalgia and the present. Each picture contains a piece of the past and a piece of the present.
The works are traditionally drawn on paper and then digitally processed in colour. This creates special structures and colour nuances. The craftsmanship always remains visible.
