Dutch designer Lonneke de Roos is the founder of the creative studio KIND OF STYLE. She studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Maastricht, where she specialised in print design for fashion and interiors. She now works as a brand designer for a retailer in Den Bosch. Lonneke started KIND OF STYLE as a diary for her daily inspiration. Over time, her prints and patterns, which she still creates mainly for her own pleasure, became a way to spread cheerfulness in the world. She plays with every conceivable technique. Lonneke is obsessed with discovering and creating beautiful things; her source of inspiration is anything from a beautiful sky to the glorious colours of an exotic fruit.
