Paris-based Czech artist and illustrator Kateřina Bažantová graduated from Prague University of Applied Arts in film animation and illustration before co-founding and managing Hygiene Station Gallery, a fusion of gallery and screen printing workshop. In her work, Kateřina aka Ktaiwanita focuses on everyday themes with a touch of fantasy, a pinch of charm and a hint of femininity. They have already been honoured with a prize at the Svět Knihy Art Book Salon, among others.
