Delfshaven is a picturesque part of Rotterdam, with historic buildings, picturesque canals and an old mill. It was founded in 1389. Idyllic view along Voorhaven to the mill De Distilleerketel. It is one of the largest windmills in the Netherlands and was rebuilt in 1986. It is the successor to the previous mill that burned down between 1727 and 1940.
