"Keepers of the Forest" is a whimsical depiction of two deer standing watch in front of a dark forest. Their gaze is fixed on something unseen—what it might be is left to your imagination. This version implies a fire burning just out of frame.

""Everything that is difficult for us becomes a gain once it has been overcome.""
I am a versatile hobby artist and love experimenting with different mediums - from Posca markers, watercolour and acrylic to printing techniques, henna and digital art. I also try out AI-generated images from time to time, but for me, true creativity means creating with my own hands, thoughts and feelings.
My favourite thing to draw is animals - very simple, cute and without much detail. I'm less interested in realism. Instead, I abstract shapes and play with bold or unusual colours.
In addition to animal motifs, I have a great weakness for floral patterns and recurring structures - they appear again and again in my work and are simply fun.
For me, art is a way to slow down - a calming hobby that does me good. It's all the nicer that others also like my pictures and that they have now found their place in various homes. That's why I'm now sharing them with you here.
