"Growing up and staying a child."
Treechild, whose real name is Nina, is an independent artist who lives with her family in Hesse. Born in Berlin, she lived in Bavaria, Switzerland and Holland for several years before moving back to Germany in 2025. Inspired by her father, a well-known Berlin painter, and her mother, a talented decorator, she grew up in a world of creativity and design. Visits to museums and exhibitions shaped her love of art from an early age. As a self-taught artist, Nina learnt drawing and photography herself. Her unique style has attracted clients such as Tchibo, Mercedes, Otto and Ikea. Treechild's work is sold worldwide - including in Dubai, India, Australia and Europe - and has been featured in magazines and on Dutch and US interior design TV shows. Working mainly digitally, Nina experiments with different styles to keep her art fresh and innovative. Her works, characterised by vibrant colours, bold perspectives and thoughtful details, reflect her passion for diversity and modern aesthetics. She is supported by her husband Florian, who manages Treechild behind the scenes.
