"I paint women and their friendships, creating female characters who live in beautiful and colourful places where they support each other and celebrate their existence and their bodies."
Women and their friendships. This is the focus of Dina Bukva's beautiful works, which she mainly creates on acrylic. The artist, who comes from Croatia and lives in Vienna, completed her Master's degree in Graphic and Communication Design at Central Saint Martins in 2018, only to launch her own brand, NUDES AND CROISSANTS, a short time later. The brand celebrates diversity in all aspects and forms and is inspired by the beauty of everyday life. The artist's animated short films have been shown and honoured at various festivals. Dina is a contributor to Gault&Millau magazine and has already worked with brands such as ZARA.
