"I am mainly inspired by architecture, interiors and urban environments."
Frauke Schyroki's playful approach to shapes results in designs that are both inherently familiar and arouse curiosity. They stimulate the desire in us to explore urban environments, enjoy a glass of wine, feel the pages of a book between our fingers or walk up the stairs just to see where they lead. The Berlin-based illustrator and visual artist uses both contemporary and traditional techniques such as digital collage, printmaking and painting to reconstruct her beautiful observations of everyday life.
