Even at a young age, Mala Alani felt magically drawn to the wonders of nature. As a little girl, she spent her days playing in the woods and fields of her home region, the Eifel. Today, the freelance illustrator lives in Cologne, but the impressions from back then still stay with her and inspire her to create fascinating animal drawings with ink, coloured pencils and graphite. Time and again, Mala is drawn back to the Eifel in search of inspiration, where she can hardly get enough of the flora and fauna.

Ordered door mats from Juniqe. When they didn't arrive I contacted their customer service. I was a bit worried about how that would go, but I have to say, they were really great - got back to me immediately, polite, friendly and really helpful. They chased the delivery and when they weren't happy with the reply from the courier - resent the order, which I received really quickly. The mats are lovely and I'm pleased overall.
