"I'm a film and series nerd with a passion for illustration and cheesecake."

He only puts down his pencil to go to the cinema: Aycan Elijah Yilmaz studied Graphic Arts in Istanbul and moved to Malmö after graduating, where he works as an art director and graphic designer. For his personal projects, the film buff transforms his favourite scenes and characters into illustrations. To do this, he combines hand-drawn sketches with digital colouring. At the centre of his film poster remakes is always an object representative of the film and an equally iconic quote.
