"Drawing has always been a big part of who I am and who I wanted to become."
For Annette Feldmann, alias Nettsch, being creative has always been inextricably linked to her personality and the way she imagines herself. The Leipzig-based artist draws inspiration from seemingly insignificant everyday situations, the people around her, her impulsiveness, but also from embarrassments and imperfections. Nature, fashion, music and pop culture also provide her with inspiration for her expressive works, from beetles to Frida Kahlo. Her constant companion: a small sketchbook full of ideas.
