With her subconscious as her muse, strong colours as her flagship and black humour as her compass, Daniela Roessler explores the surrealist realms of illustration. The Berlin-based Canadian has a degree in Fine Arts from Concordia University and works as a creative director for lifestyle brands and as a freelance artist. Her alert view of contemporary society and elements of nature and culture, geometry and symbolism, graffiti and comics are condensed into powerful daydream images.

Ordered door mats from Juniqe. When they didn't arrive I contacted their customer service. I was a bit worried about how that would go, but I have to say, they were really great - got back to me immediately, polite, friendly and really helpful. They chased the delivery and when they weren't happy with the reply from the courier - resent the order, which I received really quickly. The mats are lovely and I'm pleased overall.
