Her artist name Pen & Ink describes the type of art Maya Gürtler has dedicated herself to quite well: Although the Copenhagen-based artist's background is in digital media, her heart beats faster when pen touches paper in the classic way. Her delicate works, often illustrations of animals or plants, are an interplay between light and shadow, which she prefers to direct with her bare hand in order to focus even more on the beauty in the detail.

Ordered door mats from Juniqe. When they didn't arrive I contacted their customer service. I was a bit worried about how that would go, but I have to say, they were really great - got back to me immediately, polite, friendly and really helpful. They chased the delivery and when they weren't happy with the reply from the courier - resent the order, which I received really quickly. The mats are lovely and I'm pleased overall.
