"Trapped in a mid-century time warp."
Mark Scott-Davies and Kiwi Suumin Birks hail from Liverpool, but often roam other parts of the globe, combining their mutual love of travelling, music and nature into mid-century aesthetic art. While the two spent a year backpacking through Southeast Asia, they grew the courage to make their dream come true - Fox & Velvet was born. Jazz, soul, electro and 80s sounds accompany the artist duo through their creative working days, while in their free time they enjoy combing through antique shops in search of treasures with patina.
