When Manuel Rebollo started a blog to showcase his personal work whilst studying at the University of Salamanca, he mustn’t have expected that it would come to much. After graduating in 2007 he began a career in graphic design, but he soon began receiving commissions as an illustrator, based on the work he posted online. His clients have included fashion brands such as Bloomingdales and Dorothy Perkins, book publishers like Penguin and worldwide brands from Pantene to Finlandia Vodka, as well as magazines across Spain. His work is characterised by a limited colour palette and themes of love, sensuality and femininity, and he often features typographic messages in his pieces.
