"I paint moments that are close to my heart – so that they remain, even when they are long gone."

Some moments are loud, others completely silent. It is precisely these quiet moments that I capture. My name is Isabella Deisinger, and my paintings are inspired by personal experiences, observations and things that are close to my heart. Interests, encounters, memories – I often start painting because a moment won't let me go. Many of my works are for people who are close to me. I recount some of them here. I work with acrylic paints on canvas and paper. I develop my motifs myself – from real life, from memories or as fantasy images, supported by references. My style is realistic, the colours deliberately intensified. Light plays a central role: it shapes the mood, makes feelings visible and gives the pictures depth. In addition to prints, I also create original paintings. Each motif is an attempt to capture more than just the visible – a moment, an atmosphere, a feeling. My art is aimed at people who appreciate realistic motifs with depth and are looking for images that are not loud, but have a lasting effect.
